Dineo is an Administrator and Compliance manager with 20 years of experience in Training and Development. She has extensive knowledge of SETAs, QCTO as well as the SAQA landscape concerning learnerships and training. She has been overseeing a team of administrators responsible for learners’ registration, external verification as well as certifications with the various SETAs upon learner completion. She is also an Assessor and Moderator and a Skills Development Facilitator (SDF). Dineo holds certificates in Customer Management at level 5 and Generic Management at level 4.

When she is not tending to customers, she enjoys giving back to the community by providing innovative solutions to the youth and honing their sales skills. She has helped equip learners with skills that will give them an edge in the sales environment.
